Senior Architects-Zuhair Fayez Partnership-Jeddah-Riyadh

1. Assists in organization architectural works: assists in translating
the approved design concepts into technically feasible solutions;
prepares deliverable materials; directs activities of CT’s as required.
2. Produces project interior design works: assists in translating the
approved design concepts into technically feasible solutions; prepares
deliverable materials; directs activities of CT’s as required.
3. Assists the PM and MID in coordinating with all related disciplines.
4. Assists in the timely review and coordination of documents for
in-house quality control and submission for MID and AVPTS milestones
progress reviews.
5. Obtains approvals and decisions from the MID in a timely manner that
allows the project to flow smoothly and quickly through the Interior
Design Department.
6. Mediates disagreements among other Interior Design CT’s and makes
decisions always in regard to the best interests of the project and the
Firm.
7. Monitor’s CT’s work on a regular basis to ensure compliance with schedule, production budget and technical accuracy.
8. Assists the MID with maintaining and storing project records, data and documents.
9. Evaluates CT’s performance when required by the AVPTS.
