Accounting Clerk-Ingenia Polymers-Jubail
The Accounting Clerk is directly responsible for performing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions, specifically data entry and related duties in processing payments to individuals, suppliers, and other entities and from customers. This includes maintaining ledgers and reviewing for account irregularities. The Accounting Clerk will also ensure the timely and accurate processing of documents and any other accounting transactions related to AP and AR management. Periodically check the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings pertaining to business transactions recorded by other workers. This position involves diplomatic interaction with suppliers, customers and internal resources to provide information in order to facilitate timely and accurate payments and collections. This position also involves performing bank reconciliations.

• To sell the widest range of company’s
products to his assigned customers and provide feedback of any
competition activity within his area
• Ensure proper implementation of planogram
• Issue special order requests upon need
• Collect the invoices according to company’s aging policy.
• Prepare all needed documents for the call cycle or business review, before going to the market.
• Detect and report new customers in his area to the supervisor
• Sell all potential customers
• Handle customer complaints and report them to the sales supervisor.
• Present customer orders to the supervisor and the daily collection for the distributor or accountant
• Issue return forms for defected products if available and get approval from
his superior before actual return.
• Reports to the supervisor any problem / objection that occurred and he could not handle.
• Attend all required meetings of his sales team as well as those of the sales management (if any)
• Review on monthly basis customer account reconciliation and get customer signature/approval

• Negotiate with agencies providing us with the requested POSM designs.
• Follow up with Commercial Dept and the suppliers for the order /
consolidated order of approved POSM for Jeddah & Affiliates until
received.
• Direct Merchandisers and ensure proper POS material visibility in all outlets.
• Following up on schedules set by PS for implementing / installing / retrieving POSM from outlets for Jeddah.
• Insure that consumer related communication tools related to
programs/campaigns are of high quality & disseminated on time.
• Responsible for data entry and statistics generation relative to Marketing Dept.
• To manage and control all POSM stocks in the warehouse.
• Prepare reports for each visit, objectives & findings.
• Physically inspect POSM after retrievals and report damages if any.
