 Bachelors degree or above

 Experience of multi-channel retail model expertise including e-banking and self service
 Candidate must be client service oriented, enthusiastic and positive
 Demonstrated ability for excellent problem solving in an ever-changing work environment; Adaptable to changes
 Demonstrated ability to work with and manage staff members including coaching, performance development and resource allocation
 Proven ability to lead and innovate as well as manage resources in an efficient manner
