KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:
- Initiate & coordinate various roles of employee relations in the company.
- Assist in implementation of HR policies & procedures.
- Assist in promoting and HR innovation and best practices.
- Provide help in managing HR administration & Transactions such as Travel Requests, Contract Renewals, Transfer, Promotions...etc).
- Oversee recruitment process in line with annual budget.
- Provide a professional and timely HR advisory service for business and line managers
- Participate in HR projects as delegated.
- Support administration function in line with public relation officers to ensure timely renewal and submission of administration transactions.
