Director Facilities Management-SATCO-Riyadh

To oversee Projects delivery (plan, execute, control, close) and project team
members within Facilities Management Division. Improve quantitatively &
qualitatively the overall performance of Projects. Develop the general outcome of
the operations. Maintain strategic level relationships with Clients to ensure
satisfaction and consistent organic growth. Assist and carry out Business
Development efforts within the field of Facilities Management
Oversee the delivery and execution of all Projects within the Facilities
Management Division.
Direct daily work assignments of Project Managers and Operations Manager.
Identifying project risks, recommending responses, executing and measuring
the impact of deployed resolutions.
Supervise process performance reviews to improve timely quality delivery
within budget and scope, and Performing Quality Control reviews to ensure
acceptance and compliance of project deliverables.
Communicate with Head Office Support Department Directors, Managers and
supervisors regarding Division requirements to ensure proper coordination
between Head Office Support Departments and all Projects within Division in product and service delivery.
Ensure compliance of ISO regulations and internal Company standards are met by all Projects.
Conduct regular site visits to proactively resolve facility issues.
Establishes criteria for assessing the quality of work performed by employees and sub-contractors.
Supervise and assist in the screening and hiring of all key staff within Division.
Contribute in preparation of bids by preparing work schedules, write ups, cost calculations and so on.
Assist and carry out Business Development efforts within the field of Facilities Management.
