The Architect will be a part of the design and engineering department in our Jeddah office.
The Architect will be a part of the team dedicated to the design and construction of data center, computer room, and other mission critical projects. The Architect will be responsible for data center project management and design services from concept through commissioning including planning, programming, criteria development, load growth models, capacity planning, support infrastructure analysis, and recommendations, as well as design and specifications.

• Prepare project development briefs, presentation proposals, renderings, and schematics.
• Shortlist Consultants prior to approval and issue of the design tender.
• Prepare of Terms of Reference documents for appointment of Consultants.
• Prepare Award of contract documentation.
• Liaise with Consultants to monitor the design development and ensure that the development brief is complied and budgets are managed.
• Review all types of design drawings from Consultants and advise on technical details wherever necessary.
• Communicate with Development Department in all areas of the Design stage for a specific project and ensures that final sign off has been taken before the project can go to a costing stage.
• Issue rectified design layouts to Tender& Procurement for BOQ preparation.
• Liaise with the Sales and Marketing Department in the preparation of marketing drawings.
• Liaise with the Projects Department to ensure that construction works on site match marketing drawings and are within approved budgets.
• Respond to queries arising out of site conditions. Advises technical solutions to Site Engineers/contractors.
• Assist in the preparation of project development budgets for Senior Management approval.
• Prepare Budget reconciliation documentation.
• Responsible for all drawings control, archiving all design drawings and site photos.
Auto CAD Operator-Huta Marine
• Minimum 5-10 years’ experience.
• Should have Diploma/ Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
• Should have good knowledge in AutoCAD & 3D Max etc.
• Should have good knowledge in preparation of Marine works drawings.
