Assistant CHRO Manager-Arabian Trading Supplies-Jeddah

Key Responsibilities:
-Provides career track for employees performing Human resources Management functions; which includes recruitment and candidate selection, internal and external Human relations, Policy Development and Interpretation, Training and Development and works for the benefits of the Organization. In addition, this position needs to assist in Human Resources Strategic Planning, organizational development, quality of work facilitation and resolution etc.
-Ability to analyze issue and recommend required actions.
-Applies Human Resources principles and practices including organizational policies.
-Has sufficient knowledge and monitor the functional area of Human resources Information systems.
-Frequently meeting with various department managers and employees to provide required guidance & to insure HR P&P is being efficiently followed.
-Assists the General Manager in recruitment to maintain optional employment level.
-Taking necessary steps to review employees’ contract & resolve any Human Resources related issues.
-Taking appropriate decisions as needed and advising the General Manager accordingly.
-Provide leadership and support to other staff as required.
-Serves in a supervisory or lead capacity or as a expert in Human resources Administration
-Ensure continuing departmental effectiveness through the selection, training, development and motivation for a competent staff.
-Has enough knowledge of the theories, principles and practices of Human Resources Management.
-Has the knowledge to oversea and implement Human Resources policies and procedures.
