Storekeeper-Al Jomaih Can Making Plant-Riyadh

The Storekeeper has the delegated authority to monitor stores inventory
/purchases /receipt /issue of spare parts for all the plants under the
supervisor of the General Stores Supervisor.


Objectives :
1 To monitor and record all incoming /outgoing of spare parts and local items on a daily basis.
2 To process purchase requisitions made by plant personnel.
3 Account coding of purchase orders.
4 Periodic cyclic stock checks and physical checks of goods received.
5 Receive and log store item in the computer system.
6 Must involve on any preventive /shutdown maintenance activities on both lines.
7 To take up any other job assigned by the Supply Chain Manager from time to time.
8 To maintain good housekeeping at all times.
9 To carry out any task deemed necessary when asked by higher authority for the benefit of the business.
