REGIONAL SALES MANAGER-Yusuf Bin Ahmed Kanoo Group

• To prepare a sales plan and sale strategies for developing business as directed by National Sales Manager.
• To identify, develop and expand profitable travel sales within the
Region by means of market research, sales calls and customer relation
activities.
• To develop and expand market share of specialist activities such as
Business Travel, Kanoo Holidays, non-airline GSA’s ancillary sales.
• To implement policies and projects as set by the National Sales
Manager (NSM). To attend and contribute to any Divisional / Regional
seminars or meetings that will be convened.
• To motivate and administrate efficiently and effectively within the
line management structure, all sales staff and sales support staff.
• To control, monitor, and report regionally, all sales calls to
existing customers, new business leads and subsequent follow-ups.
• To liaise closely with Regional Travel Managers to assist prepare (and
as a consequence achieve) all budgets, sales calls and customer
relation activities.
• To prepare a monthly written report to the National Sales Manager on
sales and marketing achievement within the Region with additional
qualified information on topics of potential commercial value.
• To monitor local pricing and competitor activities in liaison with
National Sales Manager and make recommendations for appropriate action
to National Sales Manager.
• To provide information to the NSM for inclusion in Kanoo Travel News, as requested.
• To advise National Sales Manager on the quality of service, appearance
and overall standards attained in all our sales outlets, with
recommendations for effecting improvement.
• To handle such customer complaints and compliments brought to his
attention. National Sales Manager to be advised of action contemplated
or taken in each case.
• To liaise with all such personnel, functions and operations within the
Kanoo organization to ensure the ongoing development, efficiency and
profitability of the Region.
• To create and maintain effective liaison and close day to day working
relationships with our national carrier, Saudia, to the mutual benefit
and commercial advantages of both companies.
• Assist to implement Saudisation programme successfully.
• Implement and comply with Quality Management System requirements and procedures
