Core Purpose of Job:
To carry out the Workshop administrative functions by keeping of workshop records and the preparation, processing and presentation of all memos, Quality matters and Safety records of Distribution, reports and other documentation relating to the workshop.

Transport Coordinator-Transport And Logistics-Almarai-Jeddah

Core Purpose of Job:
To ensure delivery of fresh, UHT​/​s, Milk are dispatched on a timely manner as per the daily​/​y plan to the correct destination with accurate documentation & achieve department objectives from the operating hubs.



Areas of Responsibility:
1. Ensure that plans given & made in par with the sales to deliver goods to the depot by maximizing the reefer utilization within permitted weights.
2. Ensure that yard activities are safely, efficiently and timely done as set forth in the Transport SOP’s.
3. Ensure that correct documentation & valid visa holder and correct goods are dispatched to depots on time as per agreed ETA.
4. Ensure that operations are carried out in safe manner and achieve the YOY accident reduction targets
5. Ensure the control of all area of activities and that the Transport SOP’s are adhered of and any procedure loopholes​/​s are raised to senior management for necessary rectification.
6. Ensure that the Transport staffs are closely supervised in order that objectives set forth are achieved and any exception to normal activities can be addressed of.
7. Maintain high hygienic standards in the hub villas & cook follow these standards.

Long Haul Driver-Transport-Logistics-Almarai

Qualifications:
• Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License
• Knowledge and skills in the operation of long-haul tractors, tankers & trailiers.
• 30 – 45 years of age
• 2 years of long haul driving experience
• Must be trade tested and approved prior to selection

Areas of Responsibility:
1. Safe and on-time cargo delivery: Ensure that all cargos are delivered as scheduled.
2. Vehicle Sanitation: Ensure that interior and exterior of vehicle is kept cleaned and tidy at all times.
3. Safe vehicle operation and safe handling of cargo: Ensure that vehicle and its components are operated safely, efficiently and that the cargo is handled safely.
4. Vehicle Movement: Ensure the vehicle that requires movement within farms, hubs or warehouses for loading and offloading are carried out efficiently.
5. Vehicle Check up: Ensure that vehicles & trailer units’ physical condition checks are carried out regularly and ensure that components are not missing and/or damaged during enroute.
6. Accident Free Operation of Vehicle: Ensure that incidents​/​s on road and sites are avoided by driving defensively, efficiently and legally i.e. within speed limit and comply with Saudi and GCC traffic rules and regulations.
