What are my responsibilities?
Take note of the opportunity number, prepare the calculations and do the offer/text as per the specific configuration available in the Sh@re
As per configuration number available in Sh@re, apply the GG discount, handling, finance, installation, pre-installation, warranty costs available in the network drive, prepare the appropriate calculation by the project number and customer name, area of installation etc mentioned in the quotation request by the CRM
Customer requires an offer for the medical equipment specified with the agreeable price, good payment & delivery terms
Coordinate tendering process with logistics support for the sales team Validate tender requirements, highlight risks to the commercial team, when it comes to penalties or other aspects of the tender.
Provide policy and process support to sales team on tendering: information collection, country policy research etc.
Coordinate quotations for deals, working with the different commercial and pricing teams
Manage internal deal review process of terms and conditions prior to contract signature for direct sales with the commercial, legal and finance teams Ensure compliance with public procurement requirements when dealing with governments
