Chief Baker / Junior Sous Chef (Pastry) / Cake Artist
Chef de Partie-Azadea Group-Riyadh
The Chef de Partie is in charge of his/her section and his/her staff in terms of quality, standards and good service. He/she is the link between the Kitchen Sous Chef/ Chef and the staff. He/she is responsible for enhancing the performance of the operation.
Key Accountabilities:
Guides, monitors and provides staff with instructions and briefings.
Kitchen Sous Chef-Azadea Group-Riyadh
The Kitchen Sous Chef supervises and controls the food production process. He/she plans, organizes and researches new aspects of products, deals with suppliers and trains the kitchens members.
Key Accountabilities:
Implements the hygiene and cleanliness procedures and standards.
Guarantees the respect of the recipes according to the ""Products bible"".
Oversees the security conditions in his/her laboratory namely by mentioning to his/her Manager any abnormalities.
Carries out the preparation and presentation of high quality food items by strictly following the standards and preparation techniques.
Assists in staff training and enhances their knowledge by clarifying the goals and objectives.
Supervises the food production and promptness and raises recommendations to the Kitchen Chef.
Assists the Kitchen Chef in controlling cost and ensuring low wastage of products by maintaining the good result in the COGS.
Guarantees the proper storage of food items throughout the operation.
Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Knowledge:
Technical degree in Food and Beverage / Hospitality Management.
3-4 years of experience in F&B operations in a similar role.
Strong people and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational skills.
Fluent in English.

The Butcher is responsible for cutting, trimming, boning and grinding meat using butchers cutlery and powered equipment. He/she cuts, weighs and chops steaks for individual servings. He/she receives, inspects and stores meat upon delivery and records quantity of meat received and issued to cook.
Key Accountabilities:
Prepares and portions meat in cooking form through the application of various cutting techniques.
Estimates requirements and requisition and orders meat supply.
Prepares various cuts of meat as required, including correctly preparing beef and lamb cuts.
Identifies and labels the type of cut, date and destination of meats including portioning, chopping and storing food.
Weighs, measures and mixes ingredients.
Prepares and presents the meat according to recipes and quality standards.
Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Knowledge:
1-2 years of experience in F&B operations in a similar role.
Knowledge of different butchery specialty items.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English.
