Perform HOLD WITNESS AND SURVEILLANCE inspections and test at manufacturing facilities or construction sites to ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco requirements and project specifications.

RCM Engineer-Maaden Phosphate Company
Graduate in Engineering. (4 yr course) preferably Mechanical engineering
Duties: Carry out as a facilitator the RCM studies for equipment and
systems under guidance of Sr. Engineer apart from other maintenance
/Reliability activities
Experience: 6 years out of which at least 2 years should be with active
participation in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM). Experience as a
facilitator for RCM is preferred. Candidate should be aware of the
steps used for RCM2 as per SAE standards and its difference with
streamlined RCM for developing maintenance strategy for the assets based
on criticality ranking.
He should be able to make and modify the RCM procedures starting with
identifying the asset or system boundaries to final Maintenance strategy
blueprint for loading to CMMS for new plants and making complete review
for improvement on a continuous basis. . He should be familiar with
well known software used to carry out RCM using feedback from ERP
systems. He should have practiced statistical analysis using Peretto
chart, Weibull graphs etc failure and history and its types and
knowledge Reliability related KPIs for estimating the Reliability,
Availability and maintainability.
Spare Parts Planning Engineer-Maaden Phosphate Company
Mech. Engineering Bachelor degree.
Experience: 10 years related maintenance (Mech. Stationary) &
planning experience within mining/chemical/petrochemical industry.
Cost Estimator Mechanical Hvac Engineer-Saeed RAl-Zahrani Corp-Eastern Province
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (as per required discipline).
Fully conversant in computer operations, current version of
Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), including. Knowledge in Microsoft
Visio 2007 would be beneficial.
Knowledge in Microstation or AutoCAD drafting would be beneficial.
Senior Welding-Mechanical Inspectors-SGS
• BS degree in Engineering plus 6 years mechanical or welding
engineering experience in the construction of petrochemical industry or
hydrocarbon facilities OR
Two or three (2 OR 3) years industrial/technical college diploma plus 12
years quality management experience in the construction of
petrochemical or hydrocarbon facilities OR
Secondary high school (science major) plus eighteen (18) years quality
management experience in the construction of petrochemical or
hydrocarbon facilities.
• Quality management work experience in welding & mechanical construction for petrochemical or hydrocarbon facilities.
• Confirmed working knowledge of applicable industry standards in
welding, piping, and equipment installation such as ASME IX, ASME VIII,
ASME/ANSI B31, .3.31.4/31.8, API-686, API RP2A.API-1104 AWS D1.1.
• With either welding or mechanical qualifications as follows:
o Welding: shall be certified as welding inspector by AWS or CSWIP-Wl.
o Mechanical: shall be certified plant inspector level II by CSWIP or
Knowledge of heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC)
installation and related standards such as ASHRAE, UMC, SMACNA &
NFPA.
• Excellent knowledge of applicable international standards.
• Confirmed full working knowledge of quality system standards and methods (ISO 9001).
• Good working knowledge of standard PC workstation usage and basic MS office software applications.
• Fluent command of the English language (spoken and written).
• Good health and in excellent physical condition.
• Driving License is mandatory.
HVAC Inspector-GPS-Land Surveyor-Metal Services
• QC RTR, Mechanical, Equipment, Plumbing/ HVAC Inspector
- Degree or Diploma in any Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years inspection experience in metallic or non metallic piping or pipeline projects.
• GPS & Land Surveyor
