• Answer inbound calls as well as making outbound calls to assist customers who have specific inquiries.
• Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company.
• Provide personalized customer service of the highest level assuring a prompt and an accurate responds to be provided on their inquires.
• Update the existing databases with changes and the status of each customer/prospective customer.
• Arrange for the dispatch of products, information packages, brochures etc. to clients and other interested parties.
• Follow up the calls of the client with clerical duties which includes faxing, emailing, filling up paperwork, and liaising with other departments.
• Evaluate account status at point of contact by analyzing information and recommending solutions to resolve the Card member’s issues.

Call Center Agent-Integrated Telecom Company-Riyadh
Reports to: Call Center Team leader ( TL )
1. Basic Functions
a. Consistently deliver quality customer support
b. Understand and document customer needs
c. Manage customer expectations (as per the service level agreement (SLA)
2. Duties & Responsibilities
a. Answering customer call and record it in the database
b. Insure replying customers E mail
c. Resolve (or assist in the resolution of) customer inquiries and problems
d. Take ownership (as appropriate) of customer inquiries and problems
e. Enhance the customer’s relationship with the call Center and ITC
f. Recognize potential selling and marketing opportunities and know what do to with them
g. Taking calls (e.g., taking messages and answering phones)
h. Documenting calls
i. Screening calls
j. Dispatching calls
k. Scheduling appointments for engineers
l. Closing calls
m. Staying informed about the industry by:
1) Attending courses, seminars, and industry events
2) Subscribing to industry related publications
3) Joining industry related groups
Project Engineers Civil-Mechnical-NTCC
Should have bachelor degree in Civil / Mechanical or other equivalent degree and at least 5/10 years of related and relevant experience in engineering and designing projects involving cooling systems and/or eclectic power or other related energy or environmental activities.
