Marketing-Sales Manager Nayyara-Riyadh
The main task & duties are :
- Leads the marketing& sales reporting to the Managing Director.
- Ability to work with annual target & preferable experience in hospitality, catering, exhibitions and events.
- Prepares the strategic marketing& sales plans and targets and lead its implementation.
- Prepare & applies detailed sales plans in coordination with other leaders and insure efficiency in achieving the sales targets.
- Studies and analyzes the operational reports to be raised by the marketing& sales Leaders, and prepare the final achievements reports.
- Works on the growth & expansion plans and implementation and provide recommendations about targeting new markets, and introducing new products and services.
- Supervises the efficiency of marketing & sales teams and sales channels and open a new channels based on feasibility studies and develop the team performance.
- Assist in the preparation of the market studies, visibility studies and competitors trends with the coordination of other departments in the company.
- Helps in setting the pricing policies in coordination with the finance department.
- Follows up on every information that the company needs about the market and the marketing capabilities.
- Builds and maintains good relation with VIP customers and lead the promotion initiatives to sustain the VIP segment.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
